MCC INNovations, Inc founder, Michael C Carroll migrated to Brooklyn, NY from the Caribbean island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. He is a US Navy, AT&T Bell Labs, Harbor Branch Oceanographic and Siemens Energy veteran. He has been residing in Port St Lucie and developing his research innovations in between job assignments since 1989. He is also the 1997 author of the book: “ DECAPS: ON THE THRESHOLD TO ETERNITY.” ( www.decaps.com ).
